completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 25 days of shipment
date for a refund, or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment
only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility.
The original outbound postage will be deducted from your refund If you received free shipping on your purchase.

To avoid a restocking fee
For a complete refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs
of wear, and be received back within 25 days from date of shipment.
Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, cables,
etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty card, etc.).
Include a copy of the packing list; clearly indicate your reason for returning.
Do not write on the original box, or manual!
If you item included "free item" with your purchase those items must be returned in the same condition as stated above.
Please do not write on the manufacturer's box, or manual, until you are certain
you will keep this purchase.
Write your RA# on the outside shipping box, NOT the manufacturer's box.
Repack and double box, again manufacturer's box must be original condition.
You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our address.
Insure the return for the full value of your purchase and save the tracking
number!
We are not responsible if your return merchandise gets lost in the
mail.
Allow 2 weeks for return processing!
Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card.
Upon return, your item(s) will be checked thoroughly; those found to have
excessive use time or wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 10%.

Damaged in Transit
Your order is carefully packed and shipped via USPS. If an item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 72 hours for instructions. You must keep the original shipping box to proof of damage or the insurance claim will be denied.
Restocking Fees
To avoid restocking fees, be sure all original contents and packaging are
returned.
Please be advised that return and restocking fees may apply if damage is
not a result of shipping.
Delivery Unclaimed / Undeliverable / Refused
If the carrier returns an item because it was unclaimed or undeliverable,
additional postage will be requried before reshipping.
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused a 10% restocking fee will apply if preapproval has not been made.
Returned Mouthpieces
All returned mouthpieces will have an automatic 20% restocking fee assessed to their refund.
